A unique approach to leadership development

the universal leadership challenge…

Nick Randall, Managing Director and Founder

We work and produce products, but while we are aware of our constructed material work environment, are we really aware of our human social environment?

The culture we work in impacts us everyday in terms of our happiness, and therefore our health. In fact it goes beyond to impact the family environment as well. Corporate leaders don’t seem to understand that the right corporate culture will be productive in product delivery, but just as importantly help sustain the happiness and health of the individuals within that organisation.

Such a culture requires careful planning, including the right strategies.

Our cutting-edge leadership training is informed by what Austral-Asia’s leaders need now, in this time of global uncertainty and fast-paced economic, social, and technological change.

Target training outcomes for clients will be revisited with follow-up by Nick Randall Leadership Development if not achieved.

You'll learn to optimise outcomes, and internalise skills that allow your team to succeed.

Our Philosophy: Close the Action Gap.

With traditional training workshop models, unfortunately, there is invariably an Action Gap between the acquiring of knowledge and its behavioral expression through actions at work. Therefore, to ensure the transfer of the theoretical into the workplace, at the end of each of our training workshops, each participant will be required to complete a workplace project for presentation on the final module.
