In these longer programs, we ensure that there is a return on investment through asking participants to develop and implement a workplace project. These workplace projects not only allow the participants to practice the implementation of change management, presentation, communication and planning skills but in many cases the workplace projects save or make thousands of dollars for the participants’ companies.
